If you are looking for a more formal element to your activities, our unique team building activity is designed to help improve team/staff relations, promote problem solving capabilities, identify natural leaders and improve communication.
In teams you will each have to negotiate a series of tasks and challenges in order to accumulate resources for a finale event. This activity is fast paced and ulitises all of our natural features here at Grange Farm, including the water and woodland.
This event can be run alone or combined with our motorised and target sports to give a balance of fun and formal.
